Probably. The whole point is to write in order to plan a better life. At the very least, it's worth giving it a shot: what else do you have to lose besides time anyway?

Disregarding your condescending attitude, I do agree with the anon you responded to. It's a fairly useless exercise most kids do during middle/high school, and even for more subjective classes in college such as leadership from my own experience. I've done these exercises quite a few times already and it doesn't do anything except bring up old traumas. Traumas that are better off left repressed in the first place, as they are not the kind that heal with time. If I give it sincere thought I relapse. I had to buy a new book after the last one, as a completed book was a requirement for the class.
I spent most of my childhood hiding in my room because I wasn't able to fight back without being constantly reprimanded by higher authority, I've been scolded by my family, my (I hate to even call them this) peers, and even the police when involved. I hate every single painful, neglected memory of my childhood.
And quite frankly, I don't see myself going anywhere in the future considering the job market. I've never been hired, applying weekly for 5 years with the advice of the government, college professors and whatever little employers were willing to tell me.
If anything the thoughtless, half-hearted image dump attempting to help has only reminded me more of the things I hate in people, making me far more inclined to be less like them.

Nigger this exercise is the same shit from college. I had to write the same amount in a physical book. I've done this exercise and I know it doesn't work for people like me. Besides he's trying to help people that can program themselves to be similar to him, and I'm as divorced from him as humanly possible. I've seen his material and I am familiar with how he operates. He is simply incapable of curing and treating multiple personality, explosive rage, and all the other mental issues I have accrued from being ostracized. He cannot find me employment. He cannot erase trauma. These problems are all too personal to be grouped up in an all in one package such as the one presented by OP. It's not a matter of feedback, it's a matter that can only be resolved by one's self.
I'm done with this thread either way, you are a waste, OP's reductive essay is a waste, and the people who benefit from these questions never needed help in the first place. Of course, most of /r9k/ does not need much help anyway.
