How do I get started making music? I've never played an instrument in my life and don't know anything about composing. I also have a shitty voice.

Depends on what type of music you wanna make. And just because you don't like your voice doesn't mean you have a shitty voice.
I would suggest starting with a simple music program like Fruity loops, or maybe ableton/logic Cubase all of which you can find cracks of online.
If you wanna sing/rap just write a lot and record it even if its bad it's funny to listen to your old stuff after a year and be like "damn I sucked"
You can find tutorials for all types of music production on FL Studio on YouTube.
