I eat taco bell twice a day and am skinny.

I always get whatever has the most calories, but I never drink soda or get more than just a single crunchwrap or double chalupa, so my daily calorie total is around 1500.

Fast food is great and cheap. Just don't drink soda or eat fries and don't eat more than a single thing by itself.

I can't understand why people drink sodas with their meals. It's just candy, a shitload of it. Why would you eat candy with your lunch?

Weird upbringing. Anxiety that I was too fat and was going to eat my family poor (I was not fat, and we had enough money if I wanted to eat more, my parents were always just bad about buying food), and my mother barely ever eats anything. Now I'm trying to reverse the damage and get swole, but it's pretty hard. For a while my body was pretty clearly eating itself and I had trouble doing literally anything strenuous (my job, picking up anything heavy, running, driving...). Eventually you get tired of people calling you weak.

I'm >>39283711 and I can assure you it's possible, I used to be around 125 lbs. Is your ribcage sort of big? What about your wrists? I have a small skeletal structure so I found it easy to get that very thin look.

I don't recommend going full ana, but what exercises and food are you eating? Cut out all sodas and white bread, as well as alcohol.

No, I exercised. I stopped purging awhile back because it upset people. I ate anywhere from 800-1200 calories, depending on if I exercised. I exercised A LOT, lots of cardio and walking. I was super obsessed with cycling at my gym, then immediately going on a 2 mile walk.

I stopped the cycling and just go walking now, occasionally I'll do body weight stuff at home like squats and lunges. I haven't noticed any fluctation in my weight, but I look less lean/toned in my stomach.

Thanks for the reply, femanon. My ribcage is sort of big. I've found that I have a sort of large skeletal structure. My stomach is pretty flat but my legs are always huge, y'know? I'm doing 30 minutes of high intensity cardio and a bit of lifting everyday. I don't drink alcohol and I've cut out white bread. Is 800 calories a day still too much to go down? How long did it take you to get to 115 lbs?

Not long at all, I got to 115 lbs. mostly on diet alone in like two months? I stopped eating pasta/rice and drinking. I had a terrible diet before. It sounds like you're relatively fit and if you do weights, you'll weigh a bit more because muscle. I don't think you should eat only 800 cals if you're lifting, but I can't give the best advice for that since I have zero experience with it.

I do but I'm scared I'll get fat. I see girls at normal weight and I think they look bad. I also see really fit girls and think they look great, but worry that on me, I'd hate it or wouldn't be able to fit my clothes. I feel like my perception of bodies is too skewed.

I am skinny, although I do exercise and was working a full-time job.

I have a bit of extra body fat that I could get rid of but I can't stop myself from eating snacks.

Drives my calories from like 2000 to like 2600. I'd lose weight at anything lower, but for fucks sake I want to be a bit more lean.
