That's one character; charge more for multiple characters, backgrounds, and complicated character designs.
As for clients, start posting your stuff on places like deviantart and furaffinity, as well as normie sites like tumblr, instagram, and twitter. Then advertise your commissions like an artwhore. /aco/ has a good commissions thread too.
