is there a way to know without a doubt if you are on the autism

i dont want to self diagnose like a tumblrina but ive thought about seeing a therapist to bring it up.

matching a bunch of symptoms indicates that something is wrong at least. might be anxiety or some other comorbid disorder but it's worth getting checked out.

you can have multiple symptoms of any diagnosable disorder but still not get diagnosed with it. every single person has traits of some disorders. just most people are capable of at least managing it in somewhat non-destructive way (or less destructive i guess)

if you actually seek out help you should take solace in the fact you v likely dont have any major personality disorders. unless you're seeking help because of depression/suicidal thoughts. cause those can mask any disorder.
