my parents keep telling me to go to a psychiatrist or a therapist but I'm too afraid to ever go. I talk to myself a lot as if I were explaining my problems to someone else but I could never actually do that.

Yes but my mother is trying to keep me from going and disgracing the family. Funny thing is, she's spent all my life researching and documenting my autism, but no doesn't want it to come to the surface. They're still trying to fake it that I'm a just an average normie even though I failed highschool and have never had a real friend.
