It's not really an achievement.

Epitath is able to see the coming 10 seconds. If Diavolo wants to avoid the cause , but keep the effect he uses King Crimson. If you were to shoot a gun and use king Crimson the bullet skipped 10 seconds while Diavolo is able to still interract within those 10 seconds.

If u were to eat a banana and before you eat it King Crimson is activated you'll have eaten the banana no matter what happens. Diavolo could throw your banana a 100 yards away , but you'll have consumed that banana
