Its kind of low in calories but robots are already skelly and sedentary so we are adapted to 1600kcal/day. Only normalfats struggle with it

What I posted doesn't take any time at all either. Oatmeal you just poor over with hot water like ramen. Cured ham doesn't need to be cooked and is pretty cheap considering how calorie dense it is. Fried egg takes about 8 minutes, still fits into any morning routine.
