Set yourself a daily schedule for doing everything. Sleep at 9, no excuses. Get into that habit. Eat better and on time as well. Don't eat after 6.

Don't sleep at any other time. Force yourself to stay awake till 9pm

If something forces you to stay up later, just the next day get back into schedule.

Bro you might have sleep apnea. It's serious and causes you to pass out all over the fucking place. Look it up, treating it for me changed my life.
