Both are non-problems since they're so easily fixed, but being fat is slightly worse since if it's severe it can damage your skin.

Being fat. Being skinny doesn't really affect you, people will just say the usual "wow you're skinny", but it doesn't really hurt you in anyway. Being fat could damage your body and your skin.
Gender really doesn't matter in this scenario
