Healing is a masculine role. Many people are put off by Sona's delicate appearance and disregard her.

Except the smart players, they take her out first otherwise she will mass heal her entire team within a few clicks.

Most people max q first and suffer in lane for it.

And mobility boots. Fly around the map spamming W and landing R's and be the glue that holds your special snowflake team together.

And smacking enemies with the occasional q. It's not lethal but it tips them toward death faster.
