I keep seeing that word but it's meaningless it's a buzzword.

Communism has never been fully implemented because one of the requirements is to be surrounded with similar economic systems. A large number of Latin American countries have tried and failed for this and variety of other reasons.

People are too lazy and complacent to take on such a responsibility. There has been and always will be a ruling class in civilization. Capitalism will eventually die and its successor will probably be some kind of planned system, but it won't be under mass/democratic control. Communism is only possible when there's not enough surplus available for a ruling class to exist, ie very primitive pre-civilization conditions.
