people will stop buying the products that his company sells, that makes him rich, and he will have no money left to enforce his agenda. in an ancap society, people are more scared to fuck up because no one wants to not be able to trade or do business with everyone. in a society, there will be things that are seen as wrong and unacceptable, and if you do it, you'll lose your deals or jobs because it's seen as unacceptable by your stakeholders. you don't even need laws in an ancap society.
