So how many of you guys know what and what not to do when it comes to women and being social
>Make eye contact but not too much eye contact
>Small talk is good
That's pretty much it from me

Follow the 69 rule. Treat a 6 like a 9 and treat a 9 like a 6. When it comes to complimenting, compliment the 6 on a small change in her appearance (new hair, flattering dress, etc.) to make it seem like you care and are paying attention to her, and compliment the 9 on something that is particular to her person, but is not connected to her appearance ("you're pretty clever", "you have a childish but endearing sense of wonder", "I like how you worded that", "you have great taste in movies/music/etc, can you recommend me some stuff?").

This seems like it would only work on really shallow people but I'll keep it in mind nonetheless.

I do but I refuse to play their game. I force them to play my game which pisses them off like nothing else in this world. I've never seem women get as angry over anything else than my tacit rejection of their games and expecting them to play mine.

Protip: most people are shallow anon, but there is a forum on the net calledthecoliwhere they have a huge stickied thread just dedicated to giving tips on women, that's where I got this rule from.
I just ignore them because they're scary.
I ignore them at work too, every god damn day I hear a different middle aged woman go "hmph" because I didn't look at her and was focusing on putting things on a shelf. It's honestly fucking irritating.
