You need to discipline yourself anon.
Motivation, as a principle, is something that comes and goes, it is fleeting. You can never keep yourself motivated for years on end.
Instead you should focus on disciplining yourself, as when then going gets rough, you didn't get much sleep today, or you just aren't feeling like it, it's that discipline that gets you in there.
Discipline must be trained. Do something to discipline yourself today, go until failure on your hardest exercise, take an ice cold shower, but simply do something you don't want to do.
I haven't felt the motivation to go to the gym in years, but every other day I go in there and give it all I have.
Good luck anon.

I thank you in an original way
I want to lose weight to be a normal weight, I don't even want to be /fit/
I'm doing the 1500 calories a day diet
>tfw you cannot into breakfast
Am i the only one?
I need to pack a ton of calories for my skinnyfat body but i really hate eating in the morning.
/fit/ and /fa/ are the final hurdles for me to become a full normie other than raw confidence.
I'm not fat and I don't dress hideously just neither are good as they could be. I think /fa/ will actualy be the hardest of the two as I've got a ingrained mental block to all fassion but you've got to start somewhere.
going to be cycleing to uni which will help but I want to go to the gym as well.
