This place is full of incredibly sad, desperate, and lonely people. If I said it didn't leave a disgusting taste in my mouth that you were manipulating these people for your own gain, I'd be lying. Then again, I cannot relate to such a lack of self-control. It should be obvious that these types of relationships can turn into something so toxic.

At the very least, I am glad this thread was made because if it made at least one person think twice before entering into some type of relationship online with a completely anonymous person, it was a success. Then again, the desperation on this board is strong and I'm sure most people seeking affection will risk this type of behavior if it means a chance at someone sincere.

I hope you change your ways because it's not a healthy way to live. I'm sure you wouldn't enjoy someone doing this to you. It doesn't matter though, I'm sure you won't change and I'm sure that there's a good chance that nothing bad might happen to you that'll make you rethink your ways. That's just the way the world works. Sometimes bad people don't get what they deserve. All I can take comfort in is that I won't be manipulated in such a way.
