I wish I could switch the prize-to-odds ratio to be more in favor of winning.

The odds of winning the jackpot are 1 in 292,201,338.

So instead of having a 1 in 292,201,338 chance to win 645 million, I'd rather have 1 in 4530 odds to win 10,000.

You'd obviously move far away if you live in a small town where everyone knows you. Most states have to publish your name and post a press release, but you don't have to have your picture taken with the big check, just mail it in, and get a PO box to receive it, and any important mail in case your other addresses get junk mailed to hell. One of the few good things about living in a big city is you are anonymous in public, and probably have the same first and last name as several other people.

Very few states allow you to claim anonymously. After you get your money, then you can do things like buy property through a trust, live in a walled house in a gated settlement int he hills, or even change your name.
