What if you are already dead? What if you are just living in a virtual world? What if you exist only in this moment and everything else you think was your life is just a construct? There's so many 'what if' scenarios like that it's not even worth worrying about. Live your life as if it was your only shot at life and don't fret about meaningless stuff.
