How heavy of a dumbell do you consider absurdly heavy and also humanly possible to lift with 1 hand over over your head?
Asking here because I don't need /fit/'s distorded opinions. I want a non-lifter's perspective. Also my previous goal was getting good at pull-ups and I got to "world class" level for 3 months, but now I am bored of them and don't have a goal. Thank you.

I have no fucking clue where to start with that shit man, I know nothing about fitness, I could give you a whole paper on traps though. If you really forced me to spit out an answer, I would guess your weight divided by 2 because you are trying to lift it above your head with 1 hand. I don't know why it would be that number, just that the sound of being able to hold your own weight is pretty cool.

Well what you are saying is basically an Intermediate level of strength. I already am pretty close to it without training for it for about for 2 years. I am 91 kg. Tried what I could lift today and it is 42 kg for 10 reps, but that isn't really that great. I am thinking something really impressive. Maybe 70 kg?

Also the muscle has memory and I used to kind of specialise for a short period of time in the barbell overhead push press and I could do about 90kg for reps(2 hands) when I was 15, therefore I will get way stronger way faster than the normalord.

Due to the fact that I've eaten pretty unhealthy my whole life,i'm what they call a skinnyfat.I have the skinniest arms and wrists.
I tried going to a gym a couple of months back and i started with 10 lbs.15 lbs was tolerable,i could hold it over my head for a few seconds but nothing more than that.So,20 lbs+ is what i'd consider absurd-tier.However,as i said,because of my unhealthy eating habits and generally lazy lifestyle,i'm not the best sample to look at.
But yeah,15 lbs is the limit.

No m8 I didn't mean an untrained person. I meant if you went to the gym and saw somebody lifting that, what would be needed to consider the person absurdly strong? I already can do about 90lbs?? for 10 repetitions without training the exercise. 15lbs I could probably throw 70-80 meters up the air so it is upsurd. Also I could double easily the weight I am lifting because I haven't trained the muscle group and have a superior nervous system because of world class strength in other unrelated muscle groups. Also ~85% fast twitch muscle fibers.
