I'd probably have to say the Underground man from the book "Notes from Underground".
You know the book 'Notes From Underground'? the underground man is exactly me.
The book's title refers to an epigram from Jonathan Swift's essay, Thoughts on Various Subjects, Moral and Diverting: "When a true genius appears in the world, you may know him by this sign, that the dunces are all in confederacy against him." Its central character, Ignatius J. Reilly, is an educated but slothful 30-year-old man living with his mother in the Uptown neighborhood of early-1960s New Orleans who, in his quest for employment, has various adventures with colorful French Quarter characters

Ik a lot of anons are into /improving/ so im gonna recommend this book on running. running to me really ties in all the healthy habits that goes into improving; you need to eat well before a run and eat well after, running bring euphoria from endorphins and accomplishment and encourages more hard work, healthier body and face, etc.
This book is more than just "lel running is good" it ties together the reasons why we run and argues that we are destined to run. I've found myself crying a couple of times because of how much I related to these runners, we ran for the same exact reasons.
"I never really discussed this with anyone because it sounds pretentious, but I started running ultras to become a better person. I thought if you could run one hundred miles, you'd be in this Zen state. You'd be the fucking Buddha, bringing peace and a smile to the world. It didn't work out for me - I'm the same old punk ass as before - but there's always that hope you it will turn you into the person you want to be.
When I go out on a long run, the only thing in life that matters is finishing the run. For once my brain isn't going blehblehlbeleheleb all the time. Everything quiet downs, it's just me and the movement..."

What... I don't get it, Ignatius is a NEET man child but being a NEETmanchild isn't all there is to being a robot. He's just a fedora. He lacks self awareness entirely, which is what sets robots apart from neckbeard redditors.

I don't know why I asked, I'm just going to read the essay first, it was written first and I like doing things chronologically.
