It's a form of Skype used mostly for gaming. It's less bloated and more secure. By no means an exemplar for either. I've been using it of recent and out of the 50 people I've met and added about 2 have been worth keeping around. A lot of the people who use it on /r9k/ are either boring or underaged.

They're just testing and implementing video chats now across some of the users and people who are part of the Pro version.

It's a good little app for meeting people and hosting servers to talk in. I just hope they don't fuck it up.
