not only do I study at soton I also had to think about what I wanted to study for a year after I left school (NEET year) that I mostly spent dicking around on 4chan

am telling you because I'm a happy lad. I probably had the grades to go somewhere better than the 20th or whatever position soton is now on the league tables for my degree, but I really never think about it at all, and I don't think it's held me back in life / career. Bristol is a good uni, you can make a nice life out of what you have and I can tell you first hand that a NEET / study year will leave you feeling like shit and altogether too old to want to socialise with the little memelets in the year below.

Is it worth going to university lads? I'm 25 and I've been out of education since I was 18, just working shitty part time jobs since. In London, the place is newly built or at least it was in construction even up to June so I'm extremely worried, I looked up the company and others have had issues across the country with them on varying levels. I had to put down 250 as a deposit which they won't give me back until I complete the tenancy so I think I'll try it out and if in the 10 days of leniency they allow its shit I guess I'll opt for a tiny box room for like 4.5k with a bunch of strangers and mould or whatever the case may be.
