I wish I could explain exactly what the dreams are trying to tell me but most of the time it sounds like something that's been said and then reversed if that makes sense. It's usually so loud that I wake up with splitting migraines. I feel super cold and extremely hot at the same time when I wake up and in the dreams I feel constricted like someone is holding me by my shoulders very tight. I see an audience of figures that are all different shapes and sizes but are too dark to make out descriptive features. It looks like something similar to this picture.

The one I described is usually the most common one I have but I have had other dreams that have been recurring. In one of them an old man hangs from a tall tree and I'm sitting on a ladder and we don't speak at all. He just stares at me and I stare back. Another dream I've had was just simply looking at a calendar and it's pages are just ripping off very fast until it lands on the month September, then the page burns from the right side until only Monday the 1st is left

How could I tell if I was insane? Most people wouldn't even think of me like that, but then again I do bottle everything up pretty well. I'm really worried that one day I'll just lose control of myself like I did before. My father told me that during those 3 months I was acting like the girl from the exorcist. Also he told me that I'd gotten undressed and shit in my roomates sneakers which isn't so bad but I'm worried I'll end up doing something worse than that down theline when I least expect it.

Tried to get myself committed at one point due to psychosis and depression but they wouldn't commit me if i didn't harm self or others which i saw as kind of silly but hey i didn't end up self harming so its okay i guess
The worst i ever got was calculating the amount of medicine needed for overdose and realizing i didn't have enough so i just sat in the shower for 1 hour
Only hallucinations i got were paranoia and auditory
