Try doing 5 push ups everyday until you're comfortable enough to do 10 then 20 everyday. Shouldn't even take a month unless you're super fat.

I harness my beta rage into doing pushups a lot to. Since I'm weak and only weigh 108 pounds I can only do like 15 or 20 at a time, but I do a lot. I'll do like 10 pushups every 20 minutes or so during the night when no one's watching.
