When I first went to /r9k/ in 2014, I was astonished at the self-hate here, and also the hate that was thrown at robots in general. It was and still is disgusting. This place is not in favor of you. This place is so negative but your self-esteem is so low you don't even notice anymore. /r9k/ hates you just like /pol, reddit, tumblr, etc. Welcome to modern western society, welcome to the modern internet.

I partially agree with you. I came here in 2011 when I was a high-school sophomore. It was a good place to discuss feels, autism, and coming together. We can't bring back the good old days of /r9k/. But we can come together as a community to facilitate and participate in quality posting. The first step being that we get rid of the trash. This place doesn't need to be a secret club for autistic outcasts, but we do need better posting quality.

Daily reminder that if /r9k/ posters ban together, mods will possibly implement new rules and meta.

I'd actually like /r9k/ to be a board for original content, with less focus on women and sex. Much less focus. 4chan is a very trashy site, always has been, but the redditors and femsluts are drawn here by what we talk about.
