I liked all of them equally. It would not have been the Teen Titans without any single one of them. Really good chemistry. However, looking back, I don't think the writers established strong enough connections for each and every relationship. Beast Boy for example is closer to Cyborg and Raven than he is to the other two, and Raven only has a working relationship with Beastboy and Starfire. More episodes could have made all of them closer.
