Like 1 actual meal a day and maybe 1 or 2 light snacks, and the snacks can be unhealthy since Im only putting in about 1200 calories a day regardless

Also the light exersize got me into hard exersize (5K's, Endurance Training, Heavy Lifting) so the 1,200 melts away

So far I've lost 32 pounds without regulating calories at all or exercising. It's certainly easier and more manageable than a typical calorie-restricted diet. Some people call it a "South Beach diet" or some shit, I'll just get to the point of what I'm doing:

I only take in about 20 - 50 carbs per day (I try to keep it closer to 20) and limit sugar too. Also, I try to take in as much protein as possible (around 130 is ideal, but I usually don't take in that much). The idea is that since protein fills you up so much, you naturally eat less. I've certainly been a lot less hungry since I've started. And when you first start, you lose a lot of water weight. I have 1 cheat day a week, supposedly it stimulates some important chemical (I just do it to get me through each week), yet I'm still losing weight at a good pace. Keep in mind I started about 4 or 5 months ago. And I haven't done any sort of exercise (although I should be).

Just wanted to add something extra:

My biggest challenge is that I can't really eat any bread, pasta, potatoes, or any other high-carb foods. This is really why I have a cheat day once a week. But other than that you don't feel like you're starving yourself and most of the food you can it is pretty good - everything from chili to greek yogurt.

Fatties and skellies always fight about what is harder, but I think it's equal. I was really thin at one point in my life and depression made it so I couldn't eat much and accidentally skipped meals. I've done a 17 day one just a month ago, i planned on doing it for 40 days but stomach acid reflux and abdomen pain cucked me. It gets pretty easy after the first few days desu. Daily vomiting happened to me after the second week, but seeing my face and body change really made me happy. Beware of mood swings and flu symptoms tho.
