Can this be done? Is vomiting a good method? I can't really work out, outside of going for walks or anything I can do in my room without equipment. I used to be about 130, when I was 14 - 16, then I got put on Prozac and Syraquil and went up to almost 180. I hate this, and I just want to be skinny again.

I try to keep my carbs under 25g a day. I don't really track the grams of fat or protein I just make sure I don't eat more than 1600~ calories.

My appetite has gone way down since I started this. I used to eat fast food 2-3 times a day and now I'll have two home cooked meals a day. I haven't touched fast food since I started. I never thought I could go more than a day without it and now I'm 2 and half months in.

Drink plenty of water too. Meats and cheese are going to be your new friends. But remember meat has a lot of protein so don't go overboard. But go crazy on the cheese.

If you eat clean it isn't much of a chore, especially if you include plenty of water and black coffee. Find a good lifting routine and stick to it to avoid becoming skinnyfat. It works because you find it easier to adhere to. In the end you're still just eating less calories than you expend and thus you lose weight. The problem is that the keto diet introduces a whole load of unfavourable factors into your diet which will slowly kill you over time - like cholesterol.

I cheated on this fast because I was weak and dizzy on the 3rd day so ate about 800 cals of crackers and chicken but whatever, its still a 9200 cal deficiet in only four days.

Is biking a good way to lose weight? I've started biking 10-30 miles every other day, but I haven't been able to change my diet much.

Biking is an excellent way to lose weight. Make sure you up the resistance/gear level when you get used to your current level. Also, cut out soda NOW. Keep a large bottle of water with you at all times. You will lose lots of kg/lbs with ease, trust me.

I'm on a fixed gear because it was simple to learn and doesn't let me coast since I always gotta pedal. It's tough as nails to go up slight hills but I push through.

im 5'7" 142, down from 160 from about 3 months ago. Kinda pissed ive been stuck at 142, 130 is also the ideal for me. I do HIIT for workouts and eat decently. Guess ive got to just eat cleaner.
