People keep suggesting this, but it really would solve nothing nor would it accomplish anything. All it does is making posting from a mobile device, which is simply a nice feature and nothing more, to be restricted for no good reason at all. You would accomplish nothing. No amount of "shitposting" would go away. The only thing it does is pander to elitists who think posting from a desktop computer makes them better than anyone else. With a mobile device, you can write a post that is just as quality as any other post, it's just a matter of the person behind the keyboard (or in this case, the person behind the screen, or both)

Just because someone points out that another website does something better for them, does not mean that the person in question has to use only that website. All imageboards, chans, forums, IRCs, have something wrong with them. All of these things have their own way of going about doing things, and some people enjoy others. The simplest solution would be to shift /r9k/ to being a blue board. Most people on /r9k/ don't like the sexual content on the board or don't come to the board in search of it. NSFW text can still be allowed, but I think it's time to remove NSFW pics.

From there, my personal suggestions:
1) Minimum post length. Not too long, but not short, either. 100 characters, let's say.

2) "Original blox", in any form, gets you permabanned from the board. (That is, you get the usual timeouts if you're unoriginal, but if you purposely and lazily try to evade the filter, you get permabanned. Period.)
