Recommendations for games that have a really comfy feel to them.
Sleeping Dogs was really comfy for me, you get a bunch of apartments and nice clothes and cars, and you drive around in the rain at night listening to cool music under neon lights.

This.
Also I might get shit for this, but Stardew Valley was a pretty comfy game for me. Something about experiencing the passing of seasons feels really nice for me.

Fantasy Life was fucking shit.
It had great presentation but there was fuck all unique content. Just do the same fucking shitty sub-MMO-tier quests again. Animal Crossing even managed to have more variety than that shit.
Shitty gameplay isn't comfy.
Minecraft was really comfy before it got too big and 12 year olds took over.
I used to have a server for r9k. comfy building with robots

Kingdoms of Amalur: Reckoning. It has a perfect W.o.W feel/atmosphere, great music, great quests - criminally under-rated though. Pic related
I picked up Miitopia the other day. It's ridiculously simplistic, but comfy if you recognize it's not going to be Final Fantasy.

That's taking it pretty far, but I agree it needed improvement. The elements didn't mesh together well.
Always the comfiest

Super great game for the opening 5 hours. After which you realize there's literally nothing to do but repeat that opening 5 hours for the next 200

Dragon's Dogma: Dark Arisen really feels comfy for me. Not too difficult, great atmosphere, great battle system.

Comfiest, most underrated RPG of all time:
Risen.
Short RPG (90 hours) really great content.
Really horrific ending.
Really terrible sequels on different engines.
Play Risen.

That WoW feel kinda turned me off. Same reason I couldn't be bothered with Dragon Age: Inquisition, endless grinding quests, just offline WoW which was pretty boring in the first place for me.
Yume Nikk, while short, is very comfy.
Also a lot of Nifflas' games.

That's all you had to say to convince me to try it. I'm going to try it out when the tablet I bought arrives. As for my reccomendation, Ys games run on any PC, are dirt cheap when in Steam sales and you dont need a gamepad. They also make me feel like I am actually in a adventure.
Stardew Valley is maximum comfy
just download it from google since its DRM free
