i can't cry most of the time. it's not natural for me. even though im often sad and/or depressed i am unable to let those feelings out of my body.

sometimes i come close to crying in public which is really strange considering its nearly impossible for me to be physically sad alone and my feelings can't be let out easily.

I think if youre a guy its good to cry every 8 months or so, anything more is unacceptable.

When I get sad it creates a positive feedback loop where the sadder I get, the angrier I get, and the angrier I get, the sadder I get.

It's a neverending vicious cycle and it causes me to go through manic episodes where I'll be laughing at myself in the mirror for an extended period of time then start shaking in anger almost to the point of tears, then laugh again.
