The beard doesnt necessarily mean that. For example culturally Mediterranean countries beards are usually a fashion trend because most guys there can grow them. Most guys will have them so its not really a judge of character. Although I can see it being a red flag in some places in america. Same with the showering. I think america is the only place where people shower once or even twice a day. The rest I agree with but they are not really "red flags" in the usual sense.
