I try to act tough and determined but I don't really understand it the trick to it.
Every time I try to stand my ground in arguments my mostly female family berates me for what essentially is standing by my principles and telling them that they are wrong (which is objectively the case and I mean this by the words, I am critical enough of myself to determine these things).
Do I just come across like a little bitch boy because I have achieved nothing as a neet and they want to see and keep me as a literal child or cuckolded male that accepts their shit ideas and wrong judgement without question?
I read all the time that women/gf will come to a man that leads and is a real person but trying to act like this around my family just gives me contempt of the people that pretend to love and accept me otherwise.

I feel like the only way to turn my life around is to get away from them all because they plainly don't like who I really am or want to be.
