Youll be fine, I had to do the same thing on my brothers wedding infront of 100+ people. Just get prepare a speech, write it down and get a good buzz on but not so much youre gonna make a fool of yourself.
If you dont have any funny stories about him explicitly, do one about yourself where he played a major role/ got you out of trouble etc.
