Yeah me too it's rough. I actually bled out my asshole once then I drank a bunch of water and some laxative tea and it cleared up.

Thankfully mine have pretty much cleared up

I'll try out water, tea, carrots, and strawberries to help out. If I need to I see that coconut oil helps if you rub it on them.

Save up some shekels. Invest in a better chair for the long term. One with better ass padding.
