i dont know what to do i know i need to talk to people but i just cant bring myself to want to interact socially with others

like a hobby that will force you to meet people eventually

Im at a catch 22 right now. Stay inside and suffer from boredom and loneliness or go outside and have panic attacks. I've ordered st johns wort, kratom and soon kava to see if any of that helps with my anxiety and I am starting my first semester of University soon so hopefully I'll make some friends or whatever but I don't know. Don't want to be a depressed autistic shut in for the rest of my life.
