I get what you're saying but it just seems like it's a bit beyond that, I don't know how she can act having a sense of humor. in plenty of eliza videos she's throwing out genuinely funny shit left and right, but in any video since she got back she's totally dead. And I'm not super sold on the voice cadence, changing your delivery of what you say is easy but to get it to sound that dead on is almost impossible. but maybe i'm actually to monotone to even do it if i try. And I know what you mean about some of the mannerisms being exaggerated, at the end of a lot of eliza vids she would suddenly look to the side of the frame while she clicked the stop button like she had to do it to break the character lol.

I just won't be surprised if in another year she's putting out new videos and that personality comes back out as the genuine one.

I think the eliza videos were just a sort of medicine for her. She's admitted that the videos she made back then under eliza were cringe and I think that's just her maturing. Yes, Eliza and Ciara take from the same pot of emotion, but Eliza exaggerates it for cuteness catering or for depression catering. It's not really for the fans either. I've seen some of her eliza videos and most of them are complete shit (mets vs philly, teenage girl spending her time, eating a banana, etc) and that's because they aren't meant for us to enjoy, it's her way of having fun and relieving stress; it's fun having people watch you be sad or goofy and relate/laugh.

Sure, there are really good eliza videos (jewed for hotdogs, dancing, drawing, rambling, going to orthodontist and what's that you have anon made me laugh) and those are the result of pure luck. Kinda like jam bands, when they do improvisation, their solos might end up being really good or really shit and that's the fun thing about them; when it does come out well, it feels really genuine.

It's hard to oh it in a sentence. It's not acting... but it's not 100% real... more like 85% real no matter how hard she tries to deny it... she put way too much of herself on the internet like it was her personal diary which is heartwarming and artistically cool for some but others take advantage of it and doxx the girl or some other shit.

I guess it's kind of medicine for us too though. I don't think the funny ones are accidents though, in the unfunny ones she doesn't even attempt humor. But any time she does go for it it almost always sticks the landing. The sense of humor is defo a part of her actual personality which is probably the biggest reason I think she's changed because drugs, she barely even tries to joke now. In fact recent videos have a more monotone voice than any of the old eliza ones do.

Just looking at her house, the fact that people like her, she's thought that she could date anyone in the past, has a job, and is a pretty thin and young white girl, she has it better than 99 percent of the world and that's not an exaggeration. Her anxiety is probably from her subconscious telling her that because she is so wanted, and hated for the jealous that our greed brings, that her putting herself out there might have been a bad idea. It's against female instinct to put yourself out there socially, and she went and contacted a severely male area of the internet, and then in real life won't ask out the men around her that she thinks wouldn't date her.

This is the first video of hers I've watched. Look at her mouth and listen to her breath. When she believes what she's saying, when it's the 100% truth, she has one set of aspects. But look at when she starts talking about her anxiety and then compare that to her talking about how her anxiety affects her. It's like two different people are speaking. She's using her own life experiences as the core for a story that she's telling. This is reality television.

It's not bad, it's not fictional, but the parts you like are definitely a performance for your benefit. There's nothing wrong or even dishonest about that.
