IMPORTANT INFORMATION

I had phimosis ages ago but cured it with 'skin thinning cream' that was prescribed to me by my doctor. And no, the cream doesn't work like it sounds lol.

The second image is how the penis should be exercised with lots of lube or skin thinning cream. It takes a long time for it to work so you'll need the time but you have to leave it like picture 2 for maybe an hour or two and let go. Keep doing this and the foreskin will go further back.

DON'T rush it behind the head until you feel confident enough that it will come back. If it gets stuck behind the head get your penis to shrink with cold water so the skin with have more room.
