I've just read that the new AI YouTube is using to censor videos that have not violated any terms of service is likely using user-generated subtitles (CC) to judge video content. Are there any anons who can confirm this? If this is true, we may have an easy way to fight it. Also, here's some tits.

Not even a bump? Do we just not care about AI-driven censorship of the largest video distributor on the internet which is rapidly replacing television?
>>38919871
Damn. What's the easy way to fight it?

No one cares because this is literally one of the logical conclusions of capitalism.
You morons being so afraid of socialism or communism not realizing private busines have the same incentives to censor and direct attention.
Dug your own grave to be honest

If it's true that the AI uses subtitles to judge content (which may be why they wanted to reward "YouTube Heroes" for adding subtitles to videos), all we have to do is use expendable accounts to edit the subtitles of "preferred" content to include phrases like, "Hitler did nothing wrong," or, "Women make less money because they're stupid and lazy."
Whatever mechanism they use to target the undesirables, we should turn around to the "protected" people. That will degrade their ability to target unwanted content and will also motivate some of those "protected" people to get on the side of free speech. It seems like a win-win.

Don't turn this into yet another anti-Capitalism thread. You Marxists are such flaccid, little peckers. Not everything has to be about your dear, sweet commie agenda. Fuck off already.
>tfw we're literally living the plot of MGS2

>Don't turn this into yet another anti-Capitalism thread.
Stop using ideology as a surrogate sports team.
You honestly believe if they could, that private business would force you to watch advertisements and propaganda promoting the businesses ideology?
This 'censorship' is exactly that.
>Not everything has to be about your dear, sweet commie agenda
lmao
>complain about private censorship
>doesn't want to discuss why its happening and why it cannot be stopped

We can resist YouTube censorship without being arrested. Try doing that with government censorship. Your move, fagtard.
>>38920207
Interesting.
On one hand, it's their site, on the other, millions of people use it daily.
Free speech should be protected, but We should keep this "weapon" of ours in secret, until we strike.
No trolling now

WE SHOULD HAVE LISTENED
IT'S TOO LATE NOW
>>38920559
>We can resist YouTube censorship without being arrested.
Yeah, by using other services.
Oh wait you are too lazy to do that so you're crying to the with the power to change their policies and expect them to listen to you.
If YT censorship is such a problem make your own platform and you'll naturally succeed. Invisible hand of the free market and all.
>>38920207
that's just their master plan, to push more intrusive identity verification for jewtube accounts
>>38920645
We're doing both. Why give up on any front? We'll make the censors fight for every inch. Now, back to the "happy fun vacation house" with you.
>>38919940
Only if there was a way other than socialism/communism to keep corporations under control.
Oh wait. There is. Literally any non-libertarian liberal democracy.
