I got bullied, people would detour just to my house just to hurt me or call me names, the name they picked for me still is how the majority of the town calls me and I too was on the edge of suicide. I used my (little) brain power to understand the basics of fitness (i.e. i read the /fit/ wiki) I read books on behaviour, conversation, body language and started very slowly making friends that were for sure 100% normie so that I would have to be a normie too. It took 10 years but here I stand now, a chad. I'm small my dick is still tiny but I am muscular (somewhat) and one of the most popular guys in my town, the girls that used to bully me have all slept with me, I've had threesomes (I still can't believe I've had them), I've had girls fight over my manlet self and reject 6'3 guys over me and most importantly when my town says my name chosen by my bullies they say it with envy. And those fucking bullies who blew itching powder into my eyes, put thumbtacks on my chair and beat me up for fun in the bathroom. They either knocked up a girl and are fucked or have boring lives because they gave up. I still feel the rage, the pain, the sadness, but it is now my fuel and it can also be yours. You can also have this life, it's far yes. It requires the willpower of a madman yes.
