One thing I've realized is that I do most of my actions on the computer, what I plan to do when I get home is set it so it always shuts down at 11 PM and then make it even harder for me to spend time on it using the Cold Turkey program and other techniques.

It's a lot easier for me to do that then physically move my body away from the computer when it's on or to remember to shut it off manually at 11. Basically what I'm doing is fixing myself from inside my comfort zone rather than from a place where I have little motivation to do anything.
