So, I do go out sometimes. But it's hard to remind myself I'm not a friendless loser when I hear about friends or people going to things I wasn't invited to.
An old friend is having a grad party tonight and didn't invite me, but my best friend is going.
I was going to make plans just so I wouldn't feel so guilty and bad about being a loser, but I'm tired from work. Lately I've just been trying to make plans with some people not because I want to go, but because I don't want to feel friendless.
How can I not feel this way? Just telling myself "you do have friends" doesn't help too much.

You realize that friends are, for the most part, a burden, and that it's more fun to do things alone.
Accept and embrace the loneliness

OP do NOT let go of the few frinds you have. When you get really lonely, or you start going to talk with strangers or you go nuts

I know, but I asked how I could feel less bad about not always having plans..

I know you feel lonely, but you're certainly not the only one. Almost everyone on 4chan is just like you.
Just find some online friends. Go onto discord with a couple of your steam friends and have have a gaming night. You don't need to know your friends irl.
Play some games together with online friends. That'll make you feel less lonely. If you don't have any online friends, then find some! If you you end up having a good time with some teammates on solo queue on CSGO then add them to your friends list.
The real world can suck sometimes. Your true friends are online. Go find them.
