get a hobby, seek out communities perhaps on the internet that share your hobby. devote the time you waste here to said hobby, and interact with other people about what you enjoy, need help with, etc. develop bonds slowly, with real people, and enrich your life with something you can be proud of, rather than ashamed of.

This place is why I don't sleep anymore (or at least not healthily and regularly). This place is often the reason why many NEETs are what they are. This place is a fucking internet dumpster fire. And I love it.

I'd recommend RP'ing as underage on /b/ or some place. Like make make a greentext and make it sound like you're 14.
There used to be automatic banning codes that had set times for people who wanted out or to catch certain trolls. I remember at one point typing "DSFARGEG" on /b/ would get your IP permabanned or at least banned for a year or something like that.

Focus on how shitty this place is. There's a lot I hate about this place and I find it easy for me to not even go here for several weeks at a time when my frustration and disgust peaks. Don't get me wrong, I like a lot of you guys but damn the post quality can get pretty bad
