murder(Not self defense)
rape
those are the only two things i can think of where you harm others for almost no beneficial reason at all other than selfish personal ones. A thief can atleast be doing it because they need the money or product very bad for something important.

But is rape really unforgivable? It's a horrible thing to do, I'm sure it can be traumatizing, but if I were a woman who was raped, I think I could probably bring myself to forgive him if he was truly sorry. Obviously some time would have to pass, and he'd have to act like he's changed as a person.

i couldn't..think about the act it's self and the time it takes, how could i forgive someone who put me through misery for several minutes and didn't think once to stop what they're doing? sure they could feel sorry later on for what they did but i wouldn't buy it, they fucked with your life only for their own needs

People can change. Not always, but sometimes.
Betrayal of someone who puts complete trust in you. On a similar note, breaking an oath

I can't agree with this enough.
I can't deal with the fact that people don't believe in this, and that you don't know they don't believe in this until they cheat and say "well it wasn't really cheating since I only gave him a handjob".

Not being loyal.
This applies to both, not being loyal to someone, and not being loyal to oneself.
