Not the dude you asked but in a similar major.

1. Really high acceptance into law school. Looks even better (and helps) if you want to do criminal law (like I do)
2. Even if you dont do law, it has the highest job placement out of all the "soft" sciences. From law enforcment to private security, theres a good amount you can do with it.
3. (For me at least) my backup plan is journalism. One of the most in demand and consistent jobs is the police beat. Knowing wtf cops are talking about half the time helps a ton and is a huge asset.

Maybe overall but for my school the criminology average is 150 ish. Took my advisors word for it. Then again our department is mostly made of people who want to do law and includes a pseudo lsat prep course.
