Pretty much this. Plus I'm too pale for how sunny it is where I live. I'd get mad anxiety if I went outside in the daytime when I'm at the height of my reflective abilities. People openly laugh at me for how pale I am. Kind of a vicious cycle because it keeps me indoors during the day time.
