I drink slightly watered down vodka. I just drink a water bottle until only a 1/5 of the bottle's worth of water remains, then I fill the rest with vodka and shake it up. So basically 100ml of water and 400ml of vodka.

Going to pick up a jug of vodka tonight. Anticipation maximaiton.

I recommend the cheapest vodka you can find, slightly watered down, with a light beer for a chaser if you're particularly squeamish.

Or you can separate diethyl ether from a can of starter fluid and huff it from a rag. But be careful it's fumes are flamable as rocket fuel and it's heavier than air meaning it'll fill up a room like water. Many a covert drug lab has been lost to improper ventilation leading to a diethyl ether or H2 explosion.

It's a lot better for daily binging. Much less debilitating both during intoxication and during the recovery. However, there's something somewhat enduring about the mess of alcohol recovery. Apparently I'm fucking pathetic even by robot standards.

I can't handle the taste of any alcohol, even in mixed drinks that are supposed to mask the taste I still taste it. Somethings fucked up with my taste buds I think that makes any amount of alcohol taste unbearably disgusting.

Growing up I was told that it was just an acquired taste, that I would eventually get used to it, and even start to find the taste of beer or liquor thirst quenching or enjoyable, but it never happened. I tried to force myself to drink it to fit in on the rare occasion I was invited to a social gathering, but I'd end up nursing a single drink for hours, fighting to keep down tiny sips of it in order to seem normal to others.

I can't even maintain friendships at my age now because every single social encounter seems to involve drinking in some capacity and if you aren't drinking everyone thinks you are some fucking weirdo or religious nutcase and doesn't want to be around you.

Any one have a similar experience? Was there anything you did to fix it?

Jeppson's Malort. It's only available in Chicago and cities near it, so unless you live there it's hard to get ahold of. I'm visiting a friend in Madison, and they have it in the liquor stores here, so I figured I'd try it. It's by far the bitterest thing I've ever tasted, and is apparently high in wormwood.
