I do it sometimes. The lack of energy is difficult to deal with so I try to run a deficit every day rather than to fast for an extended period of time.

I've been trying to do that. mainly since I'm far too lazy to lose weight by exercising. I still hate it though.

Nicotine is pretty good at dealing with fasting. Furthest ive gone is about 2 and half days
