I removed all foods that contained gluten, dairy and oils from my diet. went full vegan, after 4 months my acne dissapeared 80-90%

Sorry to hear that, man. I still have acne and missed out on all of my youth because of it so I think I know that feel a bit. Everyday im getting a little bit further on my journey of rationalizing my being, and thats the only reason why I haven't killed myself yet. Hopefully you feel better soon though and congrats on getting clear.
