You probably gained muscle. If you're pretty overweight and you're doing workouts that would build muscle, I find the best thing to do is pay less attention to the number on the scales and just take notice of your body changing in the mirror. It's more real to see the change rather than a number go up and down.
Also stop complaining you're 5'10. I thought I was 5'6 until I measured and found out I was 5'5.

Weight and height vary slightly within a single day. If you drink a lot you'll instantly be several kg's heavier and your spine can compress slightly making you slightly shorter.

You should just become a girl to be honest. Also there is no way this scrub put on a kilo of pure muscle in a week. Doesn't work that way.
